We are not tied to any of the Chemical manufactures and do not subscribe to their guarantee schemes. This is a very important point when considering a contractor. Many chemical companies insist their dealers use their chemicals solely and have to buy unnecessary chemicals to undertake unnecessary treatments. We simply buy our chemicals monthly from the best market deal offered at that time, thus can pass on considerable saving to our customers.

Over the years we have issued well over 10,000 and Lifecote Ltd is one of the few companies whose trading history exceeds the terms of its guarantees.Westminster Guarantee Trustees Ltd underwrite the Lifecote guarantee and this is sound reassurance that if Lifecote Ltd ceases trading a well founded and established guarantee trust will up hold our guarantee.
Westminster Guarantee Protection Ltd (the trustee) are both Dti and Financial Service Authority approved. In addition our work has been checked and approved by the NHBC on a recent five million pound property development project in North West London. We undertook the entire damp and timber remedial works on this commercial development. We are also a contractor for local councils.
Lifecote History
The company was founded in 1979 as essentially an external weather protection service before expanding into the specialist remedial treatment process of damp proofing and timber preservation. In the 1990s Lifecote diversified into woodworm and dry rot control and then remedial wall ties. Lifecote reached market leadership in 1996 in the Essex and London regions. Lifecote has now expanded across the country with offices in most locations with highly trained specialist surveyors awaiting your instructions.
Over the years the company has worked on numerous national building companies and regional historic buildings throughout the UK. The group of companies prides its self with providing an exceptional service at minimal cost to the homeowner.
